We are looking for an experienced and organized project manager to join our international team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficiency of processes in warehouse locations, coordination of employees and maintaining high-quality partnerships with customers.
Job description:
Continuous monitoring and improvement of warehouse processes together with the client and the internal team;
Strategic personnel allocation and management of work schedules according to the operational needs of customers;
Leadership of teams of Lithuanian and Slavic-speaking employees: support, motivation and communication;
Payroll data (hours, attendance) control and documentation administration;
Resource and project budget management – planning of accommodation, work equipment, occupational safety services and transport;
Operative resolution of situations at project sites, ensuring high quality of services.

We hope you:
You can speak and write German;
You have work experience in logistics, warehouse operations or personnel management;
You have excellent organizational skills, social competences and the ability to manage several processes at the same time;
You have a category B driver's license;
You are ready to go on business trips and visit different projects.
