Nature of work
- Planning, execution, control of all processes of project execution;
- Coordination of structural, technological, financial solutions of projects with clients, architects;
- Coordination and control of project schedules with production, installation crews and customers;
- Execution and control of contractual obligations;
- Project budget and payment control;
- Constant communication and information sharing with project clients, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, production.
Employee requirements
- Higher education in construction;
- Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written;
- At least 2 years of experience working with aluminum windows, doors, facades projects management or design;
- Have good analytical and organizational skills;
- Customer-oriented approach to work, focus on results, desire to grow and improve in the professional field;
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
