Nature of work

  • Manage the construction project from the signing of the idea/contract to the delivery of the complete object to the customer.
  • Create the project organizational structure. Organize and manage the project team;
  • Represent the company's interests in meetings with customers, architects, constructors, state institutions;
  • Prepare project implementation plans (budgets), calendar schedules;
  • Ensure project supervision, implementation of contractual obligations;
  • Manage and coordinate the project's human and material resources, manage the supply process. Perform quantitative and qualitative control.
  • Resolve issues of delivery delays, price increases or financing of additional unforeseen works;
  • Create and formalize the documentation used for project implementation (F-2, F-3, write-offs, etc.);
  • Manage crisis situations, conflicts that arise;
  • Coordinate the supervision/support of the results of the completed project (coordinate post-project supervision);
  • Searching for subcontractors and concluding contracts with them.

Employee requirements

  • Education: higher or higher engineering degree (electrical engineering or equivalent);
  • Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies and their application in practice;
  • Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills, able to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Must have a category B driver's license
  • At least 3 years of professional management experience in the relevant field of construction technical activities
