Nature of work
- Planning and managing the execution of assigned object works: schedules, deadlines, quality control;
- Preparation and control of the object budget and material plan;
- Planning and timely initiation of resource provision: formation of material requirements and orders, ordering of contract services;
- Coordination of work managers and subcontractors at objects;
- Coordination with third parties: customer, technical maintenance;
- Control of material quantities, monitoring of actual object profitability and material deviations;
- Participation in object inspections: provision of defect elimination measures and control of their implementation;
- Registration of unforeseen works and project changes to the customer;
- Formation of monthly acts of completed work and ensuring object profitability;
- Handing over works for technical maintenance and handing over the object;
- Carrying out tasks assigned by the manager, assisting colleagues;
Employee requirements
- Higher technical education (electrical engineering, power engineering, automation or construction);
- Experience in managing construction or engineering systems facilities;
- Ability to read projects, drawings and estimates;
- MS Excel skills – facility budget, material deviation, schedules;
- Ability to plan and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers;
- Knowledge of legal acts regulating construction and electrical works;
- Category B driver's license;
- Responsibility, independence and initiative.
The advantage would be
- Special construction works manager certificate (electrical engineering, electronic communications, security alarm, fire detection, process control and automation);
- Experience in public procurement facilities;
- Knowledge of low-voltage systems (GSS, AS, PVA, LER);
- Construction management experience.
