The company is currently expanding its team and invites an experienced project manager with experience in road/street design to join.

The company is currently expanding its team and invites an experienced project manager with experience in road/street design to join.
In this position you will:
- You will be responsible for planning, organizing and supervising the implementation of projects from start to finish
- You will coordinate the work of the design team and distribute tasks
- You will ensure control of project deadlines, budget and quality
- You will coordinate technical solutions with the team and other stakeholders
- You will communicate with customers and present the progress of the project
- You will coordinate the coordination of projects with institutions and obtaining necessary permits
- You will supervise the preparation of project documentation and ensure its quality
- You will identify risks and solve problems during the project implementation.

The following qualities and skills will be useful when applying:
- Experience in managing road/street design projects (deadlines, budget, team)
- At least 3 years of experience in road/infrastructure design
- Valid project manager certificate
- Higher education
- Working with public sector projects is a great advantage
- Sense of responsibility and ability to make independent decisions
- Organizational and planning skills
- Ability to manage a team and ensure smooth distribution of work.
