Who are we?
MB “Foer Group” is an ambitious manufacturing company that has grown to international projects in Europe in 3 years. We work with shipbuilding and repair in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Malta, Germany, Sweden, Finland – and we are not stopping.

What will you do every day?

• 👷‍♂️ You will assemble teams and ensure their smooth work on projects.
• 📊 You will monitor the progress of projects and work on the principle: I see what is stuck in the project - I don't ignore it, but I solve it.
• 🤝 I will communicate with customers from different countries without stress.
• 🔧 You will solve situations "here and now" (because there will definitely be some 😄).
• ✈️ I will organize flights, trips and accommodation for the team.
• 🦺 I will communicate with suppliers about work clothes or work tools.
• ⏱️ You will monitor working hours (because the numbers must match).
• 📝 You will register people in ID06, Sipsis, Limosa and other systems (yes, you will learn).

We hope that you:

• are organized and “love order in chaos”.
• Can manage several things at once and not get lost. You like to solve problems, not wait for instructions.
• You communicate confidently in English and Russian.
• You are proactive and look for solutions, not problems.
• You have experience in coordination or administration (an advantage, but not a necessity).

You will not be suitable if:

• you want a “calm administrative position”.
• You are afraid of responsibility.
• You need everything to be clearly laid out in advance.
• Stressful situation = stop button.
