Nature of work:
Coordination of advertising production and installation projects from receiving an order to the final project implementation in the Scandinavian market;
communication with B2B clients, needs analysis, consulting and building long-term relationships;
preparation of commercial offers, calculation of project estimates and negotiations with clients;
project planning and coordination, in cooperation with design, production and installation teams;
organization of installation work: drawing up schedules, planning visits to objects, coordination of technical solutions and control of work progress;
preparation of production information, preparation of visualizations and production files;
search for new clients, administration of incoming requests and development of projects;
ensuring project deadlines and quality.

Requirements:
Work experience in B2B project management, customer service, sales or project coordination;
experience in communicating with business clients, ability to professionally consult, coordinate technical solutions and manage projects;
ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, plan work, meet deadlines and effectively manage priorities;
good computer skills (MS Office);
category B driver's license.
