WHAT'S WAITING FOR YOU:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our team and lead field engineering network projects throughout Lithuania.
Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities:
- Planning, organizing and managing projects from preparation to successful completion;
- Organizing, coordinating and motivating the work of the project team;
- Cooperation with customers, designers, technical maintenance representatives, subcontractors and other interested parties;
- Controlling the project budget, deadlines and costs;
- Identifying risks and promptly resolving problems;
- Ensuring the quality and safety requirements of the work performed;
- Handing over objects to customers and state institutions;
- Representing the company in meetings, negotiations and projects;
- Preparing commercial proposals, estimates and other project documentation.
WE HOPE YOU:
- You have at least 3 years of project management experience in the field of outdoor engineering networks (water supply, domestic and stormwater, heating networks);
- You have a higher education in civil engineering;
- You are well versed in construction technological processes and the requirements of construction legislation;
- You have a category B driver's license;
- You have excellent planning, organizing, negotiating, communication and problem-solving skills;
- You have excellent command of Lithuanian (knowledge of English and/or Russian is an advantage);
- You work well with MS Office programs (AutoCAD or MS Project is an advantage).
