We invite a Sales Project Manager to join the Transrifus Panevėžys team, who will be responsible for selling formwork rental services, preparing product engineering solutions for the client, and managing equipment rental projects of varying complexity.
Future responsibilities:
- active search for new customers, sales opportunities and potential projects and establishing first contact;
- development of new markets, products and services, identification of market development opportunities;
- maintenance and development of customer relationships, identification of customer needs and new opportunities;
- identification of customer needs, coordination of technical requirements, preparation and consultation of engineering solutions;
- search for equipment rental solutions and preparation of formwork drawings and diagrams;
- maintenance and development of relations with existing and potential customers;
- management of the implementation of rental projects and their control.
Expectations for candidates:
- at least 2 years of successful experience in similar work (knowledge of the construction process or related work experience would be a great advantage);
- skills in reading construction drawings;
- higher education (technical/engineering - an advantage in the field of construction engineering);
- good negotiation, communication and organizational skills;
- ability to work both independently and in a team;
- good computer skills (Office 365, CRM);
- analytical thinking, diligence and attentiveness.
