- Analyze customer requests and project documentation (in English);
- Lead the project team and coordinate project implementation from planning to delivery to the customer;
- Ensure project implementation in accordance with deadlines, budget and quality requirements;
- Identify potential project risks, changes and make timely decisions;
- Maintain constant contact with customers and project partners;
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams in developing project solutions.
Employee requirements
- Higher education in the field of construction or automation engineering;
- Project management and team coordination skills;
- Excellent knowledge of English (reading, writing, speaking);
- Good computer skills (MS Office);
- Proactivity, responsibility, good communication skills and a desire to improve.
