Project Manager - Designer

UAB "Enersense" is a joint Lithuanian-Finnish capital company, belonging to the international Enersense group of companies, which is one of the largest digital service providers in the energy, telecommunications and construction sectors in the Scandinavian and Baltic countries. Our turnkey service package includes design work, supply of structures, all construction work, installation of telecommunications equipment and formalization of construction completion procedures, and electricity transmission network work.

We are currently inviting a project manager - designer to join the team in Vilnius.

– Preparation of construction, reconstruction and repair projects, performing the functions of project manager (PM) and project section manager (PSM)
– Preparation of technical working projects
– Preparation of project documentation
– Designing according to the requirements of customers
– Publicizing projects, coordinating with customers and contractors
– Organization, coordination and coordination of the process of obtaining construction permits (CLP) and building permits with responsible institutions
– Ensuring smooth internal and external communication on project issues
– Supervision and leadership of project progress

– At least 2 years of experience in construction project management and project preparation
– Good knowledge of construction technical regulations (STR)
– Experience in preparing technical and design documentation
– Higher education in the field of construction engineering
– Experience in working with AutoCAD and Autodesk programs
– Analytical skills, attention to detail, responsibility and ability to work in a team
– Good knowledge of English
– Category B driver's license
– Valid SSVA qualification certificates, giving the right to hold the position of project manager of a special structure
– Work experience in the field of telecommunications (Telco) – an advantage
– SSVA certification in the field of construction work organization – an advantage
