Project Manager

We are looking for not only an executor, but also someone who is able to see the project more broadly: manage the progress, coordinate contractors, ensure quality, meet deadlines, make decisions and represent a strong managerial position at the site.

Main responsibilities:

Full organization and coordination of construction work at the site.
Control of project implementation from preparation to handover.
Selection, coordination and work control of subcontractors.
Drawing up work schedules and ensuring deadlines.
Supervision of construction quality, technological discipline and compliance of work with the project.
Planning of materials, equipment, human resources and work sequence.
Analysis of technical and design documentation and implementation of solutions in practice.
Communication with customers, designers, technical maintenance, suppliers and partners.
Recording of completed work, control of documentation and ensuring order at the site.
Operative resolution of problem situations and taking responsibility for the result.

We hope that you:
Have successful experience as a construction manager and/or project manager.
Are able to independently manage a construction project and make decisions.
Have good knowledge of construction technological processes, work organization and quality control.
Know how to read and understand technical and design documentation.
Are a strong organizer, able to plan, control and ensure results.
Have a sense of responsibility, strong character and are able to work in a dynamic environment.
Have a driver's license.
A construction manager certificate would be a great advantage.
The work is carried out in the city of Šiauliai.
