Nature of work:
- Representation of the company in planning and implementing assigned projects;
- Coordination of work performed by contractors: design, contracting work, technical documentation of works;
- Performance of normative quality control of works;
- Coordination of work performed with third parties (municipal representatives, contractors, customers, etc.);
- Performance of technical maintenance (with the necessary qualifications).
We hope you:
- Have a higher education (preferably in construction, technical or heat supply);
- Have at least several years of similar work experience;
- Have a driver's license (required);
- Have good computer literacy skills, excellent skills in working with MS Office programs;
- You are well versed in project management, legal acts and regulatory documents of the Republic of Lithuania regulating design and construction works;
- You are proactive, responsible, dutiful, have excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- It would be an advantage if you had at least one of the SSVA certificates with the requirements below:
Requirement for SSVA certificate as an additional option - "transport communications (streets)".
2) Need for SSVA certificate: "The right to hold the position of technical maintenance manager of special construction works of a special structure is granted. Structures: non-residential buildings, engineering networks (heat; gas, except for main gas pipelines; other engineering networks), engineering structures for other purposes, as well as the aforementioned structures located on the territory of a cultural heritage object, in its protection zone, in a cultural heritage area. Areas of work: construction of heat supply networks; installation of heat production equipment (up to 10 MW power); installation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning engineering systems of a structure; installation of refrigeration and compressed air systems; construction of gas networks; installation of gas engineering systems of a structure; installation of heating, gas, other fuel technological engineering systems."
