Project manager in construction

We are looking for a responsible and proactive project manager to join our team and coordinate the implementation of construction projects from start to finish.
Planning and coordination of construction projects;
Control of deadlines, budget and quality of work;
Communication with customers, subcontractors and suppliers;
Organization of construction work at the site;
Documentation administration;
Problem solving and prompt decision-making;
Search for necessary resources (subcontractors, employees, materials);
Full control of the site according to the budget;
Control of project managers.

Sites up to 1,500,000 (renovation, reconstruction, major repairs)

Higher or higher education in the field of construction;
Experience in project management in construction;
Ability to read technical drawings;
Excellent organizational and communication skills;
Responsibility, independence and result orientation;
Driver's license (category B)

SSVA, KVAD certificate - a great advantage.
