Project Manager in Vilnius: HVAC, VN internal networks

Full project control: Comprehensive management of engineering systems projects from documentation takeover to complete handover of the facility.

Facilities only in Vilnius: No business trips – work in new construction, standard residential apartment buildings.

Direct work with real estate developers: Coordination of project progress, technical corrections and additional work directly with customers.

Team management: Direct control of 3–5 project managers, approval of their weekly plans and supervision of general discipline of facilities.

Budget and resource management: Supervision of material and equipment supply schedules, monitoring of facility budgets and control of necessary executive documentation.

Desire and motivation;

Engineering experience: Successful and independent project management experience - an advantage: in the field of engineering systems (HVAC / VN).

A big advantage: HVAC and VN system design experience (ability to freely read and analyze projects, work with designers and rationalize solutions).

Leadership: Experience in ensuring the accountability of project managers, the implementation of motivational systems and work safety at facilities.

Independence in decision-making: Ability to take full responsibility for the result of project management and budget compliance.

Results monitoring: Orientation to deadlines, adherence to schedules and budget control according to clear company KPIs.

Skills in working with AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project or similar programs;
Driver's license (category B).
