Nature of work

  • Planning, execution, control of all processes of project execution;
  • Coordination of structural, technological, financial solutions of projects with clients, architects;
  • Coordination and control of project schedules with production, installation crews and customers;
  • Execution and control of contractual obligations;
  • Project budget and payment control;
  • Constant communication and information sharing with project clients, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, production.

Employee requirements

  • Higher construction education;
  • Knowledge of English would be an advantage;
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing aluminum windows, doors, facade projects;
  • Have good analytical and organizational skills;
  • Client-oriented approach, focusing efforts on the result, striving to grow and improve in the professional field;
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
