Nature of work
We are looking for an experienced project manager who can independently manage construction projects from start to finish.
Main responsibilities:
Full management and coordination of all company projects throughout the project.
Creation of project schedules, their updating and implementation control.
Preparation, revision and coordination of working drawings with the client.
Determination, coordination, ordering and supply supervision of material quantities.
Project progress planning and organization of smooth work at the facility.
Preparation of technological cards.
Filling in the construction work log and other mandatory documentation.
Cooperation with subcontractors, suppliers, technical maintenance and the client.
Other work necessary for the successful implementation and delivery of projects.

Employee requirements
Requirements:
At least 2-3 years of experience as a project manager or similar work in the construction sector.
Understanding of construction technological processes and standards.
Ability to independently plan work, make decisions and meet deadlines.
Drawing reading skills (AutoCAD and other similar programs).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibility, initiative, result-oriented.
Advantage – qualification of a civil engineer.
