Project and works manager
(Water wells, water supply and geothermal heating projects)

Coordination of water wells, water supply and geothermal heating projects.
Preparation of estimates for objects and preparation of commercial offers.
Participation in public procurement, preparation of tender documentation.
Planning of works, drawing up schedules and control of deadlines.
Coordination of work execution and cooperation with teams, suppliers and subcontractors.
Constant communication with customers, technical consultation during project implementation.
Preparation of acts of work performed, handover documents and other project documentation.
Invoicing and project administration.
Writing off materials and goods according to the work performed.
Ordering materials for project implementation.
Problem solving and prompt decision-making during the course of projects.

Higher or higher technical, engineering, construction or similar field of education.

Work experience in project management, construction, engineering networks or similar field.

Ability to prepare estimates and analyze project documentation.

Experience working with public procurement.

Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel, AutoCad).

Ability to plan work, set priorities and work independently.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibility, organization and result orientation.

Category B driver's license.

Salary
From 1500 – 2500 Eur/month. in hand.
