The Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) is looking for a Project Manager to join us, who will be entrusted with a strategically important project – the development of a one-stop shop. This system will simplify reporting of problems in the digital space for people and ensure a quick, coordinated solution to those problems on a national scale. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work on other strategic and innovative projects.
In this position you will:
- initiate, plan projects, ensure their implementation according to the established goals, deadlines, budget and scope;
- prepare project documents (proposals, plans, schedules, reports), initiate their approval in accordance with the procedure established by RRT;
- organize project activities, lead the project team;
- manage the progress of the project, identify deviations, risks, problems and changes, provide proposals and ensure the implementation of solutions;
- cooperate with project stakeholders, ensure communication and coordination of activities;
- manage the resources, procurement and contracts necessary for the project;
- ensure project completion, evaluate the results and benefits of the project, and summarize the project experience.
We hope you:
- you have a higher education with a bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification;
- you have at least 5 years of work experience in the field of project management;
- you are familiar with project management standards (PMBOK or PRINCE2, or others);
- you are able to apply Agile (Scrum) methodologies for project implementation and team work organization.
