Project Manager

Rasting is a Vilnius-based photonics engineering company that develops advanced laser systems for the most complex tasks. We are a small, experienced team - we are looking for a project manager who will ensure that our projects and everything around them are constantly moving forward.

Job Description

In a small technology company, a "project manager" means more than schedules. You will be someone who sees the big picture:

• You will plan, coordinate and oversee the company's projects: deadlines, milestones, dependencies, progress tracking.
• You will ensure that engineers, external partners and management move together so that nothing gets lost.
• You will search for, communicate and negotiate with external partners; maintain relationships with existing and potential partners, customers and suppliers.
• You will coordinate outsourced activities: design and manufacturing partners, service providers.
• You will contribute to procurement as needed – from requests for proposals to orders to suppliers.

You will not be left alone: the team will help you understand the technical side and grow with the role.

1. Experience in managing projects or coordinating complex, multi-country projects, your previous field can be diverse (engineering, manufacturing, agency, construction, etc.).
2. Strong organizational skills: plans, deadlines, tracking, nothing gets lost with you.
3. Courage to communicate and negotiate, you easily approach new partners and suppliers, including "coldly".
4. Fluent in Lithuanian and English (both are everyday working languages).
5. You are not afraid of technical topics: you do not have to be an engineer, but you do need a sincere desire to understand what we are creating.
6. Hands-on approach: in a small company, we do what drives the project forward. Both big and small jobs.

2500-3500 €/mon. gross
