Nature of work
We are looking for a right-hand man for the manager – someone who will not only manage the daily chaos, but also ensure the smooth implementation of projects. If your strength is structure, quick orientation and the ability to "connect all the ends", this offer is for you.
Main responsibilities:
Management of the manager's agenda: Scheduling meetings, setting priorities and filtering information flows.
Project coordination: Delegating tasks to the team, tracking deadlines and controlling progress.
Communication: Communicating with partners, customers and suppliers (by email, phone).

Employee requirements
We hope that you:
Have at least 2 years of experience as an assistant or project coordinator.
You are characterized by a high level of independence - you see a problem and offer a solution, rather than asking "what to do?".
You are fluent in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken).
You know how to work with planning tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion, etc.) and the MS Office package.
You are a person for whom details are important, and stressful situations do not interfere with your ability to work.
