Your main functions and responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, supervise and manage the implementation of infrastructure projects from initiation to completion of the facility: budget, deadlines, stages, scope, dependencies, risks, monitor progress.
  • Represent the interests of the customer in the implementation of port infrastructure construction facilities from project initiation to completion.
  • Ensure that project managers, external partners, designers, contractors work together, coordinating mutual actions.
  • Analyze project development opportunities, assessing the customer's tasks and goals, scope of work, budget, deadlines.
  • To achieve project goals, cooperate with all project participants - designers, consultants, contractors, end users, etc.
  • Coordinate technical and engineering issues with project parties, conduct constructive negotiations.
  • Represent the client at meetings, prepare project progress and status reports, prepare presentations and letters on issues related to project implementation.
  • Manage project budget and schedule.
  • Control the quality of construction, reconstruction, and repair works of port infrastructure projects and their compliance with the contract and technical documentation.
  • Prepare project reports and letters on issues related to project implementation.

We hope you:

  • you have a university degree or equivalent technical engineering education (in the field of electrical engineering / energy);
  • you have at least 1 year of work experience in the field of electrical engineering, energy works, qualification certificates and (or) experience in working with FIDIC contracts would be an advantage;
  • you are familiar with the technological processes of electrical networks and equipment;
  • you have good skills in reading technical drawings, documentation and estimating estimates;
  • you are familiar with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating the design, construction and maintenance of energy facilities;
  • you know how to work with a computer using the Microsoft Office software package, a drawing program (AutoCad or similar);
  • you have good organizational skills, work and project budgeting, planning and management skills;
  • you are result-oriented, responsible and proactive;
  • you know how to express your thoughts fluently in Lithuanian, both orally and in writing;
  • you speak English at least at level B2 (written and spoken);
  • you have a category B driver's license.
