What responsibilities will we entrust?
- Manage solar power plants and electricity storage systems projects from start to finish, plan work, coordinate participants, monitor deadlines, budget and project progress.
- Coordinate design, technical solutions, approvals and other processes related to project implementation.
- Organize and coordinate obtaining necessary permits and approvals, communicate with state institutions and other responsible organizations.
- Coordinate the work of contractors: organize tenders, evaluate proposals, plan the start of work, control the quality, scope and deadlines of work.
- Prepare project documentation, ensure its orderliness and timely update.
- Manage contractual and commercial issues, resolve discrepancies and risks arising during project implementation.
- Coordinate the work of internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth information exchange and decision-making.
- Monitor project progress, timely identify deviations and initiate necessary actions to resolve them.
We hope you
- Higher engineering education (in electrical engineering, energy or similar field).
- 3-5 years of experience as a project manager in construction, energy, engineering or related field.
- Experience in project coordination, obtaining permits and cooperation with state institutions.
- Good knowledge of English (B2 level in oral and written form).
- Ability to plan and coordinate several processes and actions of different parties simultaneously.
- Good organizational, communication and negotiation skills.
- Responsibility, independence and result orientation.
