Nature of work
- Organization and implementation of the camp in Poland;
- Search for partners, suppliers and activity managers and coordination of cooperation;
- Creation and adaptation of the camp program to the Polish market;
- Organization of registrations, customer service and internal processes;
- Logistics planning (venue, transport, catering, inventory);
- Team formation, selection and coordination;
- Cooperation with the marketing team (sales promotion, campaigns);
- Quality assurance of the camp activities.
Employee requirements
- Experience in project management and organization or a VERY strong desire to learn it;
- Ability to independently plan work and make decisions;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Responsibility, initiative and result-oriented;
- Knowledge of Polish;
- Driver's license (category B) - an advantage;
- Experience in organizing events, camps or educational projects - a great advantage.

Magellan – a day camp for children from 7 to 12 years old. During the camp, time is spent actively, more than 10 thousand steps are taken per day. The camp is organized by UAB Higso Magelanan, a company of the Higgs Boson Group of Companies.
