We are looking for an experienced, ambitious and results-oriented Event Project Manager who is able to independently manage projects from idea to implementation and feels responsible for the final result.
This is a position for someone who not only organizes, but also manages the process, the team and the customer experience.

Your responsibilities:
- Full event project management from idea to implementation;
- Working with clients: clarifying needs, preparing proposals, maintaining relationships;
- Budget planning, control and optimization;
- Supplier search, coordination and coordination;
- Event program and logistics planning;
- Team coordination during the event;
- Problem solving on the "here and now" principle;
We hope you:
- Have experience in project management, events field at least 3 years working with B2B clients;
- Advantage – experience in the B2B events segment (corporate events, conferences, brand activations)
- You are organized, able to manage several projects at the same time;
- You know how to work with customers and feel their needs;
- You are proactive, looking for solutions, not looking for problems;
- Have good communication skills (Lithuanian and English);
- You are able to work in a dynamic environment and are not afraid of responsibility;
- Have a category B driver's license;
- Have experience working with: Canva (presentations, visuals), Excel (budgets, calculations, structure);
