Your main responsibilities:
- Manage projects from concept to completion;
- Effectively clarify and manage client expectations;
- Build and lead a project team;
- Monitor project performance indicators, assess risks and report on them in a timely manner;
- Ensure that projects are implemented in accordance with company standards and quality requirements;
- Identify risks in a timely manner, seek solutions and manage challenges;
- Collaborate with stakeholders, manage meetings and presentations;
- Manage project budget, timeline and priorities.
We hope you:
- Have a university degree in engineering;
- Have at least 3 years of successful construction project management experience (projects from 5 million euros);
- Able to communicate confidently and clearly about the projects under your supervision to various audiences;
- Effectively manage several projects at the same time;
- Excellent at planning, analyzing and making decisions;
- Speak Lithuanian fluently and have good command of English (B2 level);
- Easily collaborate, successfully negotiate and constructively resolve conflict situations;
- Are a responsible, proactive and result-oriented personality with an impeccable reputation;
- Public procurement experience is an advantage.
