Nature of work
- Smooth management of infrastructure projects carried out by the organization, ensuring timely execution of activities and high quality of results;
- management of projects and measures at all stages of the project (from initiation and planning to implementation, monitoring, control and closure);
- planning and management of necessary resources, identification of risks, application of effective risk management measures and problem solving, application of preventive measures;
- organization of project teamwork, ensuring smooth cooperation between individual structural units participating in the projects;
- updating and presentation of periodic project progress information;
- performance of other tasks assigned to the unit, provision and implementation of ideas that improve the efficiency of project execution.
Employee requirements
- higher university education or equivalent;
- work experience in the field of infrastructure (buildings, engineering structures, etc.) program and / or project management;
- experience working with public procurement (preparing technical specifications, qualification requirements, etc.);
- knowledge of project management methodologies, standards (PMBoK, Prince2, etc.) and the ability to apply them in practice (certificate - an advantage);
- good knowledge of Lithuanian and English (verbal and written);
- good skills in working with MS Project or an equivalent project management tool - an advantage;
- good negotiation skills, the ability to substantiate one's position with arguments, organization, initiative, responsibility, strong orientation towards external and internal customers, goal achievement;
- driver's license (category B).
