We are looking for an assistant project manager who wants to learn quickly, take responsibility and grow with the team.
Nature of work:
- Active assistance to project managers in managing design and construction processes
- Coordination of communication between project participants (clients, designers, contractors)
- Organization of meetings, recording of decisions and control of their implementation
- Coordination and quality assurance of design and technical documentation
- Assistance in preparing commercial offers, contracts and other documents
- Familiarity and practical application in working with construction technical regulations
Requirements:
- Higher education in construction/engineering
- Similar experience is an advantage, but the most important thing is the ability to learn quickly and take responsibility for your work.
- Good Lithuanian and English language skills (we also work with foreign partners)
- Responsibility, initiative, diligence and willingness to learn
- Category B driver's license
You will be successful in this position if:
- Able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
- Attentive to details when working with documentation
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Demand for the quality of your work
- Looks for solutions, not just completing tasks
- Able to work independently and take responsibility for results
