- Preparation and administration of project documentation (contracts, work schedules);
- Control of deadlines for ongoing work;
- Communication with customers, designers, contractors and other third parties;
- Preparation of letters;
- Ordering technical conditions;
- Creation of document templates;
- Independent collection and systematization of information, analysis of data and legal acts;
- Execution of project manager's assignments.

- Having a legal education;
- Able to apply the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating design and legal relations;
- Having excellent computer literacy skills;
- Knowing the rules of document preparation and clerical work;
- Having the ability to collect, analyze and systematize information.
