We are currently looking for an Assistant Project Manager to contribute to the management of the construction process from inception to handover.
Nature of work:
- Management of the construction of a logistics complex from preparatory work to the commissioning of the facility(ies).
- Making technical and engineering decisions together with the Project Manager in accordance with the approved budget and deadlines.
- Planning, coordinating and controlling construction work.
- Drawing up detailed construction work schedules, controlling and adjusting their implementation.
- Managing contractors, controlling work deadlines, quality and scope.
- Ensuring compliance with employee safety, fire and construction regulations.
- Analysis of project documentation, optimizing technical solutions.
- Cooperation with the project manager, procurement department and other departments of the company, ensuring the smooth implementation of the construction process.
- Preparing facilities for commissioning and participating in commissioning procedures together with the Project Manager.
Requirements:
- Higher education in the field of construction or engineering.
- 2 years of work experience in the construction sector.
- Experience in implementing logistics, commercial or industrial facilities.
- Knowledge of construction technologies.
- Ability to work independently, make decisions and take responsibility for the result.
- Skills in working with AutoCAD and MS Office 365.
- Sense of responsibility, good communication, teamwork and planning skills.
