Assistant Project Manager

Assist the project manager in planning, coordinating and administering projects from their approval to completion.
Collect, refine and systematize information, documents and information provided by customers necessary for the project.
Prepare and update project plans, task lists, deadlines and other project documentation.
Communicate with customers and manufacturers regarding project requirements, expectations, task performance and regularly inform the responsible project manager about the progress of the assigned project stages and/or tasks.
Ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks and their control.
Independently coordinate individual project tasks or small-scale projects according to competence.

Drawing reading skills
Understanding and knowledge of production processes and materials is an advantage.
Experience in the furniture manufacturing sector is an advantage.
Attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills and discipline.
Excellent oral and written English.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
High sense of responsibility for results and ability to work independently.
Ability to travel as required by the responsible project manager.
Willingness to learn, deepen technical knowledge and grow in the field of project management.
