Our client is a design, manufacturing and installation company that carries out various construction and installation projects in Lithuania. The company works with non-standard technical solutions and coordinates their entire implementation - from drawings to installation work at the site.
As the scope of work grows, the company is strengthening its team and is looking for an assistant project manager who would take care of the smooth implementation of projects - from preparation for production to installation at the site.

Your responsibilities
- Manage projects for the installation of various spaces from preparation to final handover to the client.
- Analyze project documentation and plan the work progress, deadlines, budget and necessary resources.
- Coordinate the work of the internal team, contractors, manufacturers and other project partners and ensure smooth delivery.
- Control project deadlines, budget and quality, manage risks and promptly resolve emerging issues.
- Maintain contact with clients, coordinate the delivery of objects and contribute to the development of project management processes and the team.
Requirements for the candidate
- At least 1 year of project management experience is required. Experience in construction, real estate, interior design or related field.
- Ability to read technical drawings and design documentation and understand construction and interior design processes.
- Good planning, prioritization, deadline and risk management skills.
- Ability to coordinate different project participants, communicate professionally with clients and substantiate proposed solutions.
- Independence, initiative and responsibility for the result.
- Ability to travel to sites in the Baltic States if necessary.
