ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

We are currently inviting an Assistant Project Manager to join the Sweco community!

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

• Administer projects (writing acts, ordering conditions, preparing and registering letters, sending questionnaires to customers, etc.)
• Prepare reports, technical or other documentation according to the requirements of the ongoing projects, prepare and monitor project schedules
• Coordinate communication, exchange of information with project participants, customers and other related parties
• Participate in project publicity
• Prepare documentation for obtaining SLD

CANDIDATE EXPECTATIONS

• Higher education
• Similar work experience is an advantage
• Ability to work with MS Office programs
• Ability to work with Autodesk and MS Project programs is an advantage
• Ability to manage and manage project documentation, understand project financial indicators, effectively manage time
• Personal qualities: openness to change, proactivity, involvement, cooperation, ability to work in a team
