We invite you to join the project management team and become an important link in ensuring the smooth implementation of engineering projects. In this position, you will help project managers administer project documentation, coordinate daily processes and contribute to one of the largest electronic security system projects in Lithuania.

Job description
- Carrying out tasks assigned by project managers
- Preparing, organizing and administering project documentation
- Collecting, systematizing, correcting and completing certificates, declarations of conformity and other project documents
- Administering the project document archive
- Assisting project managers in coordinating daily project processes
- Cooperating with colleagues, suppliers and other project participants
Requirements
- Higher or higher technical education (or studies in final courses)
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Knowledge of the basics of clerical work
- Diligence, responsibility and good organizational skills
- Ability to work with a large amount of documentation and plan your time effectively
