We are looking for a proactive, result-oriented Project Manager who is able to understand the needs of B2B customers, offer the most suitable solutions and successfully coordinate the implementation of projects from the first contact to the final result. What are you going to do?
- Analyze customer needs and propose the most optimal technical and commercial solutions.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate project terms and ensure smooth cooperation with customers.
- Maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Collaborate with the production team, ensuring smooth project implementation and high quality of services.
- Coordinate project progress, deadlines and communication between the client and internal departments.
- Oversee project implementation from receipt of order to delivery of the final product to the client.
We hope you:
- Have good skills in working with MS Office (Word, Excel).
- You speak and write Lithuanian fluently and are able to communicate fluently in English.
- You are communicative, organized and result-oriented.
- You are able to independently plan work, make decisions and manage several projects at the same time.
- Have a category B driver's license.
Advantages:
- Experience in sales, project management or customer service.
- Experience in production project management in metalworking, metal construction or related industries.
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of other foreign languages.
