Your role in our team:
By joining our growing team, you will be responsible for managing key clients and nurturing long-term business relationships. This position includes both day-to-day order administration and active participation in sales growth strategies and client consulting.

Your responsibilities:
- Administer customer orders, inquiries and claims;
- Update customer forecasts and coordinate their implementation with production and other departments;
- Ensure smooth implementation of new and existing projects;
- Analyze customer claims in cooperation with internal departments;
- Provide analyses of project profitability, quality and risks to management;
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers, achieving their loyalty and satisfaction;
- Initiate and implement cross-sell/upsell sales;
- Organize meetings, visits, customer audits and participate in exhibitions.
What do we expect from you:
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively;
- Good MS Office skills;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken);
- Analytical thinking and result orientation;
- Creative approach to process improvement and solution finding.
Advantages (not necessary, but would be great if you have):
- Experience in EMS or technical manufacturing services;
- Basic knowledge of electronics, components and their supply chain;
- Experience working with international customers.
