Nature of work
We are looking for a Human Resources Manager who will take responsibility for coordinating the employees of the project entrusted to him/her and the smooth organization of daily processes.
You will be responsible for the entire employee's journey in the project - from preparing for departure to Sweden and the necessary documents to resolving work schedules, rotations, travel and daily issues.
This is a dynamic position for someone who enjoys working with people, is able to make quick decisions and wants to have a real influence on how the team's work is organized.

- You will coordinate the employees of the project entrusted to you and take care of the smooth organization of their work in Sweden.
- You will organize employee trips and business trips - plan arrivals and departures, coordinate travel-related logistics.
- You will plan employee rotations and vacations - create and monitor schedules, coordinate changes and ensure the required number of employees in the project.
- You will constantly communicate with employees - you will be the main contact person for organizational issues before and during the business trip.
- You will promptly resolve daily situations and help ensure that employee and project issues are resolved quickly and smoothly.
- You will communicate with subcontractors and clients, coordinate employee and project-related organizational issues.
- You will check employee working time and hours, and maintain project-related information and documentation.
- You will collaborate with other company departments and colleagues to ensure that the processes required for the project run smoothly.

- You are able to organize people's work, plan and manage many different tasks at the same time.
- It is easy for you to communicate with different people, solve non-standard situations and make decisions independently if necessary.
- You are organized, responsible, proactive and result-oriented.
- You have strong communication, organizational and time management skills.
- You are able to manage large information flows and not lose important details.
- You have very good computer skills, especially MS Office and Excel.
- You speak and write English fluently (C1).
- You are able to communicate in Russian (B1).
- Similar work experience in coordinating employees, managing foreign projects or working with the Scandinavian market is a great advantage.
