We will entrust you with the following responsibilities:
- Development, implementation and coordination of training programs;
- Conducting the search and selection of new employees;
- Development and updating of internal legal acts regulating personnel activities;
- Carrying out other personnel responsibilities as needed.
We need you if you:
- You have a higher education in the field of humanities, social sciences or business and management sciences;
- You have successful experience in the field of human resources (experience in conducting employee search and/or developing and implementing educational processes would be an advantage);
- You have good document preparation skills;
- You are organized, able to flexibly plan tasks, taking into account priorities;
- You have excellent communication skills.
We offer you:
- Salary from 2300 to 2500 EUR (excluding taxes). A variable part of the remuneration is also possible, which is allocated based on work results;
