We are looking for a responsible and proactive person to join our team and help ensure the smooth daily operations of the company. This position includes working with customers, administering internal processes and actively contributing to the overall work of the team.

Your responsibilities
Responding to customer inquiries (by email);
Preparing commercial offers;
Administering the sales process;
Communicating with current and potential customers (participating in meetings);
Coordination of logistics issues (orders, deadlines, information transfer);
Daily assistance to the manager on administrative issues;
Entering information into sales management programs.

We expect from you
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken);
- Initiative and ability to work independently;
- Diligence, responsibility, attention to detail;
- Ability to work with customer inquiries from application to decision;
- Computer literacy;
- Experience in customer service, administration or sales (advantage);
- Knowledge of other foreign languages (advantage).
