We are looking for a new team member who would be involved in the implementation of VESK initiatives, national and international projects - from idea to publicity.

- implement VESK internal projects and initiatives - from idea and activity plan to practical organization;
- organize activities of projects and other VESK initiatives - meetings, trainings, events, partner visits and other activities;
- administer and coordinate national and international projects: plan activities, coordinate and monitor project implementation, prepare project documents and reports;
- participate in preparing new project ideas and project applications;
- communicate with Lithuanian and foreign partners and other interested parties;
- prepare communication and visual content and publicize projects and other activities;
- cooperate with other VESK departments in implementing joint activities
Employee requirements
- higher education;
- very good command of Lithuanian and good command of English, both spoken and written;
- ability to prepare texts, documents and business correspondence clearly and correctly;
- good planning, organizing and priority management skills;
- good skills in working with basic digital tools;
- responsibility, initiative, diligence, ability to cooperate and willingness to learn
We would consider it an advantage
- experience in project administration, coordination or application preparation;
- experience in implementing national, Erasmus+ or other international projects;
- experience in organizing events, training or other initiatives;
- communication, information dissemination and visual content preparation skills;
- experience in the field of education or vocational training
