Project Manager

Maintaining relations with existing clients and ensuring long-term cooperation;
Analysis of client needs, consulting and selection of optimal solutions;
Analysis of project specifications, technical documents and construction drawings;
Preparation of commercial proposals and estimates;
Preparation and administration of project documentation;
Coordination of project progress and control of deadlines;
Planning of installation work and drawing up work schedules for installers;
Transfer of work tasks to installers and coordination of ongoing work;
Full coordination of the project completion process until final settlement and document management.

You have similar work experience in project management, construction or technical sales;
You have successful active sales experience;
You are able to read construction drawings;
You have a higher education in civil engineering, architecture or a related field (an advantage);
You are result-oriented and able to independently plan your work;
You have excellent negotiation, communication and organizational skills;
You are able to find mutually beneficial solutions and build long-term relationships with customers.

1300-2300 €/mon. net
