Nature of work
- Active communication with company employees and clients;
- Planning of employee needs in projects, organization and rotation management during business trips;
- Communication with employees on business trips abroad, assistance in solving their issues;
- Administration of documentation and entering information into the personnel system;
- Carrying out tasks assigned by the manager.
Employee requirements
- Ability to manage problem situations and find solutions;
- Experience in team management and work coordination;
- Good communication skills;
- Excellent knowledge of English;
- Knowledge of Russian (advantage);
- Good working skills in MS Office;
- Ability to go on business trips (several times a year).
- Responsible attitude to work, adherence to commitments and result orientation
