Project manager

UAB "Metallum Novum" is a growing company for the design, production and installation of fences, gates and metal products. We implement projects of various sizes in Lithuania and abroad and have a clear goal - to become the leaders of the fence market.

We invite a responsible, organized and results-oriented project manager to join the team, who wants to grow together with the company and contribute to its ambitious goals.

Job description

• Communication with existing and potential customers;
• Clarification of customer needs and proposal of suitable technical solutions;
• Preparation of commercial offers and estimates;
• Project management from receipt of an order to final handover of work;
• Coordination of production, supply, logistics and installation works;
• Control of project deadlines, budget, quality and profitability;
• Work with drawings, technical specifications and project documentation;
• Operative problem solving and ensuring smooth cooperation between the customer and the company's departments.

What we expect

• Experience in project management, sales, manufacturing or construction;
• Ability to independently plan work and manage several projects simultaneously;
• Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills;
• Responsibility for project deadlines, budget and final result;
• Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications;
• Good computer skills;
• Category B driving license;
• Knowledge of English. Knowledge of other foreign languages would be an advantage.
