Nature of work
- You will implement plans to improve the efficiency of the resort's tourism activities based on the trends of the Lithuanian and foreign markets.
- You will plan short-term and long-term marketing goals and take care of their implementation.
- You will develop and manage external communication channels and marketing projects to publicize Druskininkai tourism resources and increase awareness of the Druskininkai brand. We will also entrust you with the maintenance of the website and foreign pages of various social networks.
- You will coordinate marketing campaigns, analyze customer/segment data, and analyze the actions of marketing campaigns being prepared. The information, reports, insights, and recommendations you provide will greatly help make important decisions in the field of Druskininkai tourism.
- You will ensure the implementation of the necessary changes in close cooperation with other institutions subordinate to the municipality and external partners (tourism agencies, journalists, communication partners) and customers.
- I plan participation and represent Druskininkai in international and local tourism exhibitions, fairs, city festivals.
- I plan and coordinate information tours for foreign journalists and tourism agencies.
Employee requirements
- You have excellent oral and written professional English and Russian (knowledge of Polish, German and other languages is an advantage).
- You have successful experience in project implementation and management (in the field of tourism is a big advantage!)
- You are characterized by sociability, activity, positive and strategic thinking, excellent analytical skills and quality orientation.
- You know how public relations and marketing processes work.
- You feel best in a dynamic environment, you know how a public institution works.
- You are familiar with data processing, information structuring and visual presentation skills.
- Meta Business Suite, Wordpress are not just names for you.
- You drive and have a category B driver's license.
