What are you going to do?
- You will help the project manager plan, organize and coordinate the progress of projects;
- You will prepare, administer and maintain project documentation;
- You will collect, systematize and analyze project information;
- You will cooperate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and team members;
- You will monitor work deadlines, schedules and task execution;
- You will prepare reports, summaries and other documents necessary for project management;
- You will organize meetings, prepare minutes and ensure effective information transfer;
- You will contribute to the smooth implementation of projects and process improvement.
We hope you:
- Have experience in coordinating projects or administering processes;
- Able to work with technical documentation, drawings or estimates;
- Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Are organized, meticulous and responsible;
- Able to independently plan work and priorities;
- Have good communication and collaboration skills;
- Have a category B driver's license;
- Can travel to project sites if needed.
