You will be responsible for:
- Dalux administration - managing project documentation registers (version management, part coordination, reconciliation, approval, upload, archiving);
- Task register management;
- Assistance in preparing procurement selection documentation;
- Assistance in preparing and coordinating contracts;
- Minutes of meetings;
- Invoice management in D365;
- Documentation management (document preparation in DVS)
We hope that by joining us:
- Have a university or higher education in the field of engineering (design, construction engineering, mechanics, electrical engineering, technologies);
- Have experience in engineering, construction project management, design (SK, SA, special parts), technical service, production technologies;
- Have knowledge and experience in design, project management;
- Are analytical thinkers, in-depth, like structure;
- Able to work both independently and in a team;
- Work with AutoCad, Solidworks programs (experience with Dalux would be an advantage);
- Communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English, both orally and in writing;
- Have category B.
