Nature of work
- lead the activities of the Project Management Department and ensure effective team work;
- the role of the owner of investment projects (project budget control function), ensure the achievement of project indicators and results;
- ownership of the implementation of a digital project management tool;
- coordinate project planning, implementation and control according to the established deadlines, budget and quality standards;
- manage human and technical resources, ensuring their optimal distribution;
- prepare and control the department's activity plans, budgets and performance indicators;
- ensure smooth cooperation with other company departments and external partners;
- analyze performance results and provide proposals for streamlining and optimizing processes;
- ensure project cost control and participate in preparing commercial proposals;
- represent the interests of the department in relations with clients, partners and institutions;
- form a motivated team, promote professional growth and strengthening of competencies of employees.
Employee requirements
- higher university education (technical or project management is an advantage);
- experience in project management is required, preferably in a managerial capacity;
- experience in project management, activity coordination or in a production environment;
- experience in managing projects worth millions;
- excellent planning, organizing and problem-solving skills;
- ability to analyze performance indicators and make data-based decisions;
- good knowledge of MS Office and other work organization systems;
- good knowledge of English;
- strong communication and leadership skills;
- responsibility, initiative and result orientation.
