Your responsibilities:
- Create a strategy for project implementation and product development, ensuring synergy between project and product development activities
- Participate in processes related to innovations and digital solutions that improve the efficiency of the company's projects
- Administer project implementation, ensuring that they are implemented on time and in accordance with the established requirements
- Analyze supply and project performance indicators, provide proposals for process improvement and initiate changes
- Form, develop and motivate a team of employees, promote their involvement, growth and ability to see processes strategically
- Ensure effective group work and compliance of achieved results with the company's strategic goals.
We hope that:
- have a higher education
- have at least 1 year of work experience in the field of project management and are familiar with project management processes and principles
- have good knowledge of English (verbal and written)
- are able to think analytically and strategically, are focused on results and continuous improvement
- have excellent communication, negotiation, work organization and delegation skills
- have experience in implementing new tools or systems (especially related to assortment or supply management is an advantage).
