- Supervise and control the progress and quality of construction works;
- Ensure compliance with the terms of contract agreements and their proper execution;
- Cooperate with contractors, resolve emerging issues and coordinate processes.
Employee requirements
- Higher university engineering education;
- At least 5 years of experience in technical supervision of construction projects;
- Valid certificates of construction technical supervision manager;
- Knowledge of construction regulatory documents and technologies;
- Responsibility, diligence and independence.
