Your main responsibilities:
- Coordinate and control the team's work, assign projects within the team's competence.
- Ensure transparency and control of the team's public procurement.
- Plan and implement project implementation budgets and deadlines. Monitor budget, deadline and quality deviations.
- Prepare, implement and control the team's annual procurement plan taking into account the team's budget, goals and functions performed.
- Cooperate closely with other departments of the Company when implementing projects.
What do we expect from you:
- Higher university education in engineering or construction sciences.
- At least 2 years of successful managerial experience in the engineering sector.
- Experience in managing construction projects (we would consider this a significant advantage) and a systematic approach to processes. PMP or PRINCE2 certificates are a great advantage.
- Ability to independently plan and effectively organize one's own and team's work, promptly solving challenges related to the unit's activities.
- Excellent analytical skills, ability to systematize large flows of information, draw reasonable conclusions and make timely, data-based decisions.
- Fluent professional communication and English language proficiency at least B2 level.
- Successful experience in managing construction projects (an advantage).
- Impeccable professional reputation.
